Return Policy
We believe in our products, so any item purchased from our website can be returned for a full product refund within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse any associated shipping costs.
Any orders processed through PayPal and paid for that are canceled before the product can be shipped for any reason will be subject to a 5% restocking fee on any refunds processed. It is the purchasers responsibility to understand the costs for shipping they will be paying for according to the method they choose for delivery. We do our best to provide cost effective shipping and delivery of our products.
Use of The Original Soffit Hanger products
Although our products are built for strength and durability, construction products used in the manufacture of siding, fascia and eaves may vary. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each purchaser to ensure that the weight loading associated with each installation of The Original Soffit Hanger product is suitable for that installation. We assume no responsibility of the loading of the soffits, only the function of the product.
Shipping
Please allow 15-21 business days from the date of order (within continental North America) for the product to arrive. We do not offer refunds on products shipped by Small Packet Air as there is no tracking attached to the parcel, so we have no way of knowing its whereabouts or if it gets delivered. We offer free shipping for wholesale customers with a valid account on orders over $750.00.
We will from time to time offer pickup service at our location for special events. A coupon will be issued and the product ordered needs to be picked up with in 14 days of the event. If the product is not picked up in the time allowed, a 50% restocking fee will be charged and the balance refunded through PayPal.
